Makhana is food

AAB Makhana products are sold as food, not as medicines or a treatment programme. We do not promise disease prevention, blood-sugar outcomes, weight loss or therapeutic effects. General food articles are not personalized medical or dietary advice.

Use the actual product label

Check the ingredients, allergens, net quantity, nutrition declaration where applicable, batch, date marking, storage instructions and manufacturer/packer details for the selected product. Seasoning and processing can change composition. Do not assume all products are vegan, gluten-free, organic, fortified or free from cross-contact unless the specific label supports that statement.

Dietary needs and storage

For an allergy, diagnosed condition, pregnancy or a prescribed diet, ask a suitably qualified professional about the particular product and portion. Keep packs as directed on the label. Do not consume a product with a broken seal, unusual smell or suspected contamination; contact support.
